Electric, Gas, or Steam Emergency
Safety is our first priority. If you are a Con Edison or Orange & Rockland utility customer and have an emergency gas, electric, or steam situation that needs immediate attention, or if you are without power, please call Con Edison of NY’s toll-free customer assistance line at 1-800-752-6633 (1-800-75-CONED). The toll-free number for Orange & Rockland (O&R) electric service is 1-877-434-4100. To report a gas leak, Orange & Rockland and Pike County Light & Power gas customers should call the Gas Emergency Hotline at 1-800-533-5325.Customer service representatives are available to help you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
